Where is Lesedi Educational Materials located?

We are based in Pretoria, South Africa, with a collection point in Danville. We also offer nationwide courier delivery across all South African provinces.
What payment options do you offer?

Orders placed on our website can be paid for through a manual EFT or our secure payment provider with Peach Payments. Peach payments allows you to pay with your debit or credit card as well as through secure EFT, they also offer ZeroPay and PayFlex if you want to pay over 3 months, interest-free. Orders are processed only once proof of payment has been received.
Can I place a bulk order for my creche or school?

Yes you can! We love supporting teachers and schools. If you would like a quote for bulk purchase for your school or creche, please send us an email at hello@lesedieducation.com. All orders over R2,500 receive FREE delivery nationwide.
Can I customize an order?

Yes you can. There may be an additional charge for customizing as it requires extra work for us. But we would love to help you create a resource that you love. Contact us with your specifics at hello@lesedieducation.com
How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within South Africa once dispatched by courier. For outlying areas, it may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. If you choose to have your resources delivered by PEP Paxi, it will take 7-10 business days. We will contact you once your order has been dispatched.
Can I track my delivery?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery on our courier's website. PEP Paxi will notify you via sms with tracking information.
What are the delivery charges?

We offer flat-rate R100 courier delivery nationwide. PEP Paxi is R70 for 7-9 days delivery. Orders over R2,500 qualify for free delivery nationwide.
What types of educational materials do you offer?

We offer a wide range of educational materials including homeschooling curriculum, charts, books, wooden learning tools, sensory play kits, and digital resources tailored for different age groups and learning needs. We mostly cater for ages 1 to 7.
What languages are your resources available in?

Are your products aligned with the South African curriculum?

Yes, all our products are designed to align with the South African curriculum standards to ensure they meet educational requirements. We believe children can even exceed the SA requirements using our resources.
Do you offer digital versions of your products?

Yes, we offer digital versions of many of our products, which can be easily downloaded and used on various devices or printed from home/school. Once payment or POP is received, we will send the download links directly to your email address.
